Welcome to the Asheville chapter of Radical Adventure Riders (RAR). RAR strives to improve gender inclusivity and racial equity in cycling and the outdoors. We aim to cultivate a safe space for folks with marginalized experiences centering BIPOC, FTWN-B, financially disadvantaged and disabled riders. All skill levels and riding backgrounds belong.

Open leadership meeting
We’re opening up our leadership meetings to the public. It’s a great time to bring up questions you have for our leadership, offer up ideas, or volunteer. We’ll have 3 open meetings/year.

Rides
All the fun without the cars
Love nature? Hate biking on roadways? These are the rides for you! Intended for those wanting to socialize in nature, this is a no drop party pace ride. Locations vary but typically on weekends. Bring water and weather-appropriate clothes.

Our Bread and Butter
This is a no drop, party pace, social ride. We meet (almost) every Thursday @ 6 PM From Craven and Riverside. Charge your lights and bYOS (bring your own snacks)! Our rides are weather-dependent, so be sure to join our mailing list or check our instagram for latest info.
